This blog is a place where I can reflect on my life and remember every moment whether it be good or bad and recognize them for what they are and how they have made me who I am. This blog will be messy but hopefully chronological.

I am 23 years old and am married, living in a condo that we purchased with our three cats and wanting to start a family soon. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications Rhetoric and Anthropology, and I am working on my Master's Degree in Strategic Global Communications. My family dynamic is very unique. I was adopted as an infant and have five adopted siblings, two honorary siblings, and six half siblings from my biological family. In total six sisters and seven brothers, and I have relationships of varying levels with all of them. I also have a relationship with my biological parents and extended family. I will be using fake names to protect their privacy, so I will go down the list now to make things easier. My adopted parents will be referred to as my parents and their names are Margot and Robert. My biological parents will be referred to as bio-mom or bio-dad and their names are Emily and Jacob. Now for my siblings I will go in age order and categorize adopted/honorary from biological. These are my adopted/honorary siblings in order; Nick, Jimmy, Jack, Mary, Daniel, Myself, Alaya, and Rachel. My biological siblings will be categorized based off which parent we share. These are my biological siblings from my bio-mom in order; Alexis, Johnathan, and Erika. These are my biological siblings from my bio-dad in order; Ethan, Lyla, and James. I am older than all of my half-siblings.

I have played sports throughout my life and enjoyed them, but I much prefer the arts. I drew a lot throughout grade school but very rarely now. I do photography as a hobby and creative outlet. Mainly photos of landscape and architecture, but I do enjoy close up center focused photos that bring your attention to the little mundane things in life. I have been singing for as long as I can remember and started playing piano when I was eight years old. I self taught for about six month I think before starting lessons. I already knew how to read music so it was easier to learn the translation to the keys on my piano. I love music and studying music composition, production, theory, and history. Music is a big part of who I am and I believe that music can tell us a lot about ourselves.

I wanted to start this blog for personal reasons. So that I have a place where I can dump all the memories of my life out and really get a chance to deep dive into those moments and analyze and process them. I don't care much if people see and read this nor the opinions they may hold. This blog may help someone, trigger someone, or bore someone, and I am ok with that.

Now it's time for me to walk down the diving board and make that first jump into the pool of memories and moments of my life and maybe try and make sense of them. You are more than welcome to join me, but I cannot guarantee that the waters will be nice and warm.
